Behavior Change Communication Training of Traffic Wardens
PHDF in collaboration with Punjab Police compiled a training manual on Behavior Change Communication for the capacity building of the traffic wardens to achieve the following objective:
- To develop deeper understanding of participants regarding conflict, to reflect on strategies they use in conflict situations and identify constructive ways forward.
- To give detailed orientation to the professional behavior consistent with ethical guidelines
- To sensitize, encourage and motivate participants for the behavior modification in terms of communication and gender sensitization.
- To test and monitor the effectiveness of module to be included in Police Training Course in future.
